Weber Ghadban & Associates Realty is a commercial and industrial real estate firm established in 1994 by John Weber and Mary Ann Ghadban. The firm provides real estate brokerage services throughout Northern Virginia, with expertise in Manassas, Manassas Park, Prince William, Fauquier, Culpeper and Stafford Counties. With the increasing need for commercial and industrial brokerage services, the firm has grown significantly and continues to grow with the area’s development.

The Present:

WGA Realty is highly regarded for our integrity, professionalism, experience, and knowledge in commercial real estate services. We offer expert representation on commercial and residential land and office and industrial properties. We have agents and brokers that are experienced developers that can assist in zonings, site and building plan approval, and all aspects of the development process.

At WGA Realty, each assignment is treated as a separate project. The property is carefully assessed in terms of its present value and its future value. We also explore the needs of the client as they pertain to the property. Alternative actions are quantified and discussed with the client. Once the client agrees on a plan of action, the plan is implemented.
